Welcome to A.M.E.C

KEEPING THE PURITY OF THE GOSPEL AT THIS TIME.

We are a church holding to a high view of the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, believing them to contain all things necessary for salvation; nothing can be taught as necessary for salvation that is not contained therein.

Vision Statement

Our vision is to reach, connect and serve a multigenerational, multicultural, multi-class, and multisocial groups for Jesus Christ in all nations in addition to this; Our vision arises from our understanding of what the sovereign God purposes to do for and through His church. The Great Commission remains our mandate from Christ. The Anglican Mission Episcopal Church is to be: A movement committed to the authority of Holy Scripture for faith and direction.

STAMENT OF FAITH

We are the Communion of Catholic Churches of the Anglican Rite, Founded on the Doctrine of the Apostles. That we have the Word of God (Bible) as a column and bastion of truth, Preserving the Tradition of the Catholic Church since the Christian beginnings, and driven by the Holy Spirit, we turn to Reason. We intend to teach the vision of our ministry, which is none other than what God determined from the beginning to form his people. The Lord our God loved Abraham by pure grace, and called him for a specific purpose, to show the world and future generations that he is the God of the impossible, because with two beings who in the eyes of man were nothing, Abraham and Sarah, one old man almost on the verge of death, and the other barren, God formed a people that to this day conquers the world and shows his glory. We are apostolic Anglican Catholic Christians with valid apostolic succession. Our clergy is made up of: bishops, priests and deacons validly ordained in the Apostolic Succession. We are fully Anglican, fully Catholic, fully apostolic, fully charismatic ;fully evangelical and we pray and look forward to the time when once again the unity that Jesus prayed for in John 17.21 will come into existence among all believers in him. We patiently await that unity (without uniformity) which the early Church enjoyed in apostolic times. Our churches practice unconditional love toward all as Our Lord Jesus practiced.

The Scriptures

We believe that the Bible contains 66 books, among whom 39 of the Old Testament, and 27 of New Testament; both Old, and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men and women and the Divine and final authority for Christian faith and practice.

In one God

creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons–Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

That Jesus Christ

is true God and true man having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross a sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He is now our High Priest and Advocate.

SALVATION

The salvation of man is a complete gift that God gives freely – the man can not add anything to God’s grace. Those to which God gives salvation are called saints. It is those who put their trust in Jesus Christ, believe in Him as their Lord and personal Savior, and are called saints.

• The Church

God recommends that His people regularly meet to adore Him, praise Him, and to be strengthened and exhorted by the use of the Holy Scriptures. Jesus Christ is the head of the Church which is His body –composed of all those living by faith when he returns and those who have died in Christ before he returns.
